Your package shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (except in the case of store pick up) and are shipped via Yango for orders generating from Ghana and Fez Delivery for orders originatng from Nigeria.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs (if any applies). Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Because our luxury items travel across regional borders to reach you, all packages undergo strict quality assurance checks prior to dispatch from Ghana. While transit and customs fees associated with regional delivery are non-refundable once an item leaves our hub, we fully honor our 30-day money-back guarantee on the item's purchase price if it arrives damaged or fails to meet our premium standards.
